It also offers a safe environment, comfort, and softness to promote freedom and authenticity, allowing you to better connect with your voice, your body, and your energy.<br\/>Away from preconceived notions of aesthetics, based on inclusive listening. We invite people to do and enjoy, rather than think and judge.  <\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What can participation achieve?<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Development of creativity, positivity and playfulness<\/li>\n\n<li>Finding a space where you can laugh, cry, be loud and strong and\/or quiet and gentle<\/li>\n\n<li>Sending an invitation to joy and self-confidence<\/li>\n\n<li>Meet yourself to better connect with the outside world<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What methods are used?<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>breathing exercises<\/li>\n\n<li>vocal exploration<\/li>\n\n<li>rhythms generated by pulsation<\/li>\n\n<li>Individual and group improvisation<\/li>\n\n<li>Group harmony<\/li><\/ul><p>The course language will be English.
