Through movement and awareness, through sensing and feeling, we can dissolve our experience of who we are. Immersing ourselves in different landscapes of expression allows for a phenomenological emergence of the unknown, which we carry into the more everyday feeling of being in the world.  <\/p><p>By engaging with these moments of entering, we consciously participate in the transition between our localized movement, i.e., a specific gesture, and our global connection through movement, i.e., the field of connectivity and transpersonal context. In this way, we discover our own meanings and expressions of embodiment. <\/p><p>The learning focus will further deepen our understanding by exploring breathing exercises, audible and textual exercises, being in movement, contact with ourselves through sensing and touching, observation, and discovering how we allow language to support our investigation of the unknown becoming known.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Where does the focus lie?<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Learning through self-exploration<\/li>\n\n<li>Expanding our capacity for dynamic stillness, for powerful space, for witnessing, for being moved<\/li>\n\n<li>Moving into the quiet level of our being and how the audible breath supports this, dissolving familiar structures into a flowing model of coherence<\/li>\n\n<li>Re-emerging from the movement inquiries, taking time to allow new language and meaning to arise.<\/li><\/ul><p>By focusing on the principles and values of Continuum, this workshop may offer an expansion of how Continuum can support the embodiment of being in practice and being in the world.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This workshop is dedicated to exploring various ways to enter the practice of Continuum.
